What is the cancellation policy?

Failure to cancel/ reschedule your appointment within 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in a penalty fee of 100% of the scheduled service price. Failure to arrive at your appointment on time will result in less time to work on your lashes. No call no show will result in a penalty fee of 100% of the scheduled service price. Absolutely no refunds will be given for late cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows.

What if I have a problem with my lashes?

You are paying for the artist's time, product, and other expenses used to provide you with the best service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are dissatisfied with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if an adjustment can be made to address your concerns, it will be done so with a  complimentary 60-minute touch-up. If it is the fault of the application or product the touch-up will be done free of charge. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions will result in being charged at full price for the service. 

Are there any incentives?

Yes! There are many ways to save on your service. Refer a friend and both of you will receive $50 off your next service. Any time you make a post after your appointment, you will receive $10 off your following fill appointment.

How do I prepare for my lash appointment?

Please arrive with clean lashes and skin with any inspo pictures. You can come dressed as you please. Whatever is most comfortable for you. Feel free to bring any blankets and headphones as you will be lying with your eyes closed for some time. I do provide blankets and snacks for your comfort.

How long will the service take?

A full set service can take anywhere from 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. A fill appointment usually takes 1 1/2 hours.
